When will I receive my device?
Devices are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.
I paid the delivery fee but haven't received a confirmation email.
Please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@eudigitalfund.eu with the email address you used to register.
Can I change my selected device after submitting?
Device changes are possible within 2 hours of selection, before the delivery fee is paid. Contact us immediately at support@eudigitalfund.eu.
Is the €9.99 the only charge?
Yes. The €9.99 is a symbolic delivery fee. The full device cost is covered by the European Digital Inclusion Fund. No additional charges will be made.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Send a request to privacy@eudigitalfund.eu with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and we will process it within 30 days.
